Vital Energi, a leader in sustainable energy solutions, required robust storage bays for its biomass facility in Suffolk. The solution needed to provide structural integrity for storing biomass and fire-safety standards. We were tasked with constructing the push walls for two storage bays, each featuring 7-meter-high walls constructed from pre-stressed precast concrete panels.

The height of the walls and the need for precise alignment made this a complex installation. Every panel needed to fit seamlessly to maintain the overall structural integrity. The team worked meticulously to position each panel accurately, applying the mastic sealant along each seam to create a robust barrier against fire hazards.
The completed storage bays provide Vital Energi with reliable, fire-resistant enclosures that are purpose-built for biomass storage. The project demonstrates an efficient installation approach, combining durability with compliance to meet safety standards.
