For the 2024 Chelsea Flower Show, we collaborated with Tom Massey Studio and Studio Weave to deliver a sustainable, innovative installation for a high-profile garden exhibit. Our modular walls were selected for their efficient design, sustainable features, and aesthetic appeal, perfectly complementing the show’s commitment to environmental consciousness.
Our team installed the modular walls in just one day, thanks to their 2-meter-wide design, which required half the lifts of standard units. The interlocking system ensured perfect alignment without additional fixings, reducing the need for concrete foundations. This approach saved both time and resources, aligning with the project’s sustainability goals.
This installation at the Chelsea Flower Show demonstrates how modular construction can merge seamlessly with nature and design. With support from Project Giving Back and in partnership with WaterAid, the project highlights the potential of innovative construction techniques to enhance both sustainability and functionality in a prestigious setting.

Our modular walls were designed with environmental impact in mind. They feature a reduced cement mix, lowering the embedded carbon footprint, and single-load reinforcement, which halves the amount of steel used. The high-strength, self-compacting mix ensures a smooth finish, providing both durability and an attractive aesthetic.
In the manufacturing process, up to 75% of water is sourced from rainwater harvesting and recycling, and our factory operates on renewable energy. This eco-friendly approach minimises operational carbon, making our products resilient and kind to the planet.
