We partnered with Glencar Construction to deliver a suite of precast solutions tailored to meet the unique demands of a large-scale industrial site. The project included the installation of 868 metres of modular walls up to 5 meters high, offering comprehensive coverage for both structural integrity and aesthetic design.
The installation also featured 26 dockpits equipped with prowalls, ensuring efficient loading and unloading capabilities essential for high-traffic industrial use. To support the office perimeter, 174 metres of ground beams were installed, providing a solid foundation for the office space. Additionally, we installed two lift shafts – one per unit – streamlining vertical access for the facility.

The completed installation provides a durable, flexible setup that supports a high-performance industrial operation. By handling the design, manufacture, and installation offsite, we reduced on-site time and disruptions, enabling the project to progress smoothly within the planned timeline. Each modular element, from the towering retaining walls to the prowalls and dockpits, was tailored to meet the unique demands of the project.
